REVIEWS

The counsellors and staff has taught the way of dealing with the treatment of psychiatric patients. Overall it was a excellent experience

I am an nursing 3rd year student. It was very good experience working here. Thank you for providing us with such a good opportunity.

I interned under Tulasi Psychiatric and Rehabilitation Centre’s Clinical Mentorship Program back in 2019 and felt like the learning experience was unparalleled. I think my biggest takeaway was the fact that the internship actually gave me practical experience in the field and helped me apply theory to practice. The team of counsellors, psychologists and psychiatrists were warm and embodied all the requisite skills. I spent my time between both their acute and chronic centers and got exposed to the prognosis of various mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, dementia, OCD, somatoform disorder and substance abuse. I think overall, the internship broadened my horizons and gave me clarity in the field at a time where I wasn’t sure what I wanted to specialise in.

I interned tulasi health care (New Delhi) In the hospital as advance addition counsellor. My Internship has enabled me to grapple with a myriad of changes facing modern healthcare.I was able to work collaboratively with other tulasi health care interns. It was not only a great experience for improving professionaltechniques, but also I learnt the meaning of life and the responsibility I had on my shoulders. The guidance and the mentorship offered by the Dr.gurav gupta and my mentor Mrs. Chhaya has truly set a solid foundation upon which I continue to build my career.I am beyond thankful to have been given the opportunity to contribute to the departmental mission and to learn from the greatest preceptor and mentor.

Interning at Tulasi Healthcare provided great exposure as a psychologist to me. Rightfully taught theory and insightful interaction with the patients would surely help me down the road as a psychologist. As an aspiring clinical psychologist, I found the observation and an innate sense of professionalism unique to this working environment. The support of my fellow trainees and the psychologists was undoubtedly one of the best things about this experience.
